Yoga is a 4,000 year-old complete system for creating stretch,
strength and conditioning. Yoga, as a discipline, helps to
create physical and mental fitness. Meaning "union," yoga links
movement with breath. Different styles of yoga are taught at
Premier Pilates and Yoga, including Vinyasa, Flow and Core-based
yoga. All classes are taught by our
qualified and certified instructors who make yoga accessible
to all levels of fitness-from beginners to advanced
practitioners. Our studio offers private sessions in yoga by
appointment and open classes on a drop-in basis. Check out our

By working through the nervous system as well as the muscular
system, therapeutic massage helps people learn how their bodies
work and how to change behaviors and activities that contribute
to imbalance, muscle tension and pain. Using principles of
Shiatsu, Myofascial Release, Feldenkrais, Craniosacral Therapy
and somatic education, body work goes beyond loosening tight
muscles to build awareness inside and out. |

are the only fully-equipped Pilates studio in
Central New Jersey. We offer numerous options for our clients
interested in Pilates. From individually-designed private
Pilates sessions, to duet classes, to Pilates Tower classes and
group mat and ball classes, there is a class for every goal and
every budget. Our name truly reflects our philosophy: we offer
our clients nothing less than superb instruction in

as it was originally created by
Joseph Pilates and
on the equipment he designed to optimize his technique.

Using the Pilates method, we
work at reprogramming body patterns, re-educating your muscle
memory. Just like when you are learning a new language, the best
method is to be exposed to it for long periods of time and as
frequently as possible. With Pilates, we are not only adding new
patterns to the bodies' memory but trying to discard old ones.
For that reason, we encourage from our clients to come in at
least twice a week, to derive as much benefit as possible from
their sessions. |
