The following are the
descriptions of the various classes available to you at our studio. Your Mat
Class Card is good for all of our mat classes aside from
Pilates Tower classes. Also, you are free to take any group class - we don't
lock you into a specific class. you can come once a week or twice a day - we let
you decide what works best for you!
Vinyasa Yoga
/ Flow Yoga Classes - This is the perfect class for new or returning yoga
students. This class teaches the fundamentals of Vinyasa yoga. It
emphasizes breath work, alignment, improved posture and stress relief. This class is, also, perfect for those who
have lost some flexibility, suffer from occasional joint aches, and
those interested in a low impact fitness program. Students can expect to
learn yoga breathing, improved posture, beginner poses with and without
props, relaxation techniques and stress relief.

Gentle Restorative / Moving Meditative Yoga
- Gentle Yoga postures,
breathing techniques and mindfulness meditation designed to promote
stress relief and relaxation. Tailored to those seeking a gentle Yoga
class, have some chronic pain, or recovering from injury or illness.

Pilates
Yoga Fusion Class
- This innovative and fun class
combines the core regime of classical Pilates with the flow of Vinyasa Yoga.
Explore creative sun salutations and warrior sequences blended together with the
Pilates mat work. Both pilates and yoga work together to elongate your muscles
while bringing strength and stability to both practices. This class will also
incorporate the magic circle and bands. All level are welcome!

Bruno's Bootcamp

This butt-kicking class of medium to high intensity will
utilize resistance bands, and dumbbells to tighten and tone the entire body.
Your heart will be pumping so bring some water or Gatorade!

Pilates Mat Classes -
A group class designed for Pilates
enthusiasts at all levels of fitness. It combines mat class exercises
and the classical philosophy of Pilates apparatus work without the use
of equipment. Your own body serves to create resistance. This is an
amazing way to connect with and strengthen your core. Open mat
classes are challenging, giving you a great Pilates workout. The Magic
Circle adds an additional challenge to class. Get ready to feel the
burn. Again, you may enhance your practice by taking private or
semi-private sessions as well.

Pilates Tower Classes - A Tower
Class is a group class and incorporates the use of the Wall Unit (Tower)
along with mat work. This challenging class is recommended for clients
who have taken several private, semi-private and/or mat classes. You
must be familiar with Pilates movement and language. By utilizing the
Wall Unit, you will stretch your muscles while strengthening your core.
Be prepared for a challenging workout! You may enhance your practice by
taking mat classes as well.

Private Pilates Instruction -
work with Deborah,
Kathy, Shannon,
Gillian or
Tara on our state-of-the-art Gratz equipment:
Cadillac, reformer, wunda chair, large barrel, small barrel & magic
circles. We will incorporate mat work into each session. Private
sessions are highly recommended for beginners and people who like to
have 100% of an instructor's attention. Pilates offers over 500
exercises and our instructors will design a program specific to your
goals and needs. This is a great way to familiarize yourself with
the movement and language of Pilates. You may enhance your practice by
taking mat classes as well. By appointment only.

Duet Pilates Instruction -
offers a chance to experience the same wonder of Pilates on the
equipment for two people instead of one. You will utilize some of the
Pilates apparatus (Reformer, Cadillac, Chairs, Barrels) and incorporate
mat work into each session. It is ideal for two people who want to work
out together with one trainer. You must book this appointment with
another person; we do not pair people up for duets, although we do keep
track of who is looking to start duets but does not have a partner. Many
of our clients choose this option to share their lessons with their
daughters and mothers, their friends, and with other like-minded Pilates
enthusiasts. By appointment only.

Private Yoga Instruction -
work with Carly, Kathleen or Swapna to develop your own Yoga practice. Whether
you are looking to gain strength and flexibility or to relax and meditate our
motivated, experienced and talented instructors will design a special program
